This is the best picture because there is a balance between the two individuals. Since they are almost at the exact same position with their handstands and their legs, it creates a principle of design of balance as there is symmetry in between them. As the second image on her gallery, it is the best picture because it is the only picture on her gallery that represents a movement or action. This motion forces our eyes to first view the dog and what he is doing, and the blurred background keeps our eyes focused on the dog. This movement and motion causes that picture to be the best one.
